Shipping Policy

Within India:
  • Shipping within India is free and GST is included in MRP.
  • Your jewelry order will ship from our fulfillment center and you will receive a personalized confirmation email once the order is received.
  • In the event an item is sold out, you will be notified by one of our account executives.
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
  • All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
International Shipping:  


  • Cash On Delivery (COD) is NOT accepted for International orders.

  • We accept payment via debit/credit card.
    Shipping is free for orders over $350
  • Prices are EXCLUSIVE of custom duties.

  • Prices are NOT inclusive of custom duty.

  • We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 10-15 working days but delay in delivery can be caused due to customs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a time frame for the same.

  • Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / Fedex.
    All transit times are Monday to Saturday.

  • Contact details must be correctly entered which should include Country code and Zip code.

  • If shipping Pin code falls in Remote Area the shipping charges may vary.

    If your order amount is less than $350, a flat fee of $30 will apply at the checkout.
  • Most in-stock items will arrive 5-15 business days after receipt of your order.
  • Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed. 
  • All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Noon To Nine is not associated with these fees.
  • All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package.

Once the order has been scanned and delivered by the courier it will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping company.
