    The Way We Use Information

    We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

    We offer gift cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

    We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties.

    You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services.

    Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions—including after an order has been submitted—and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Fulfillment

    ORDERS FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS WITH DIFFERENT AVAILABILITY/LEAD TIMES

    If you place a single order for multiple pieces with different lead times, your order will ship when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated lead time of all items in your order.


    If you prefer certain pieces in your order to be shipped as they become available before your entire order is complete, please contact us at hellonoontonine@gmail.com to make special shipping arrangements.


    Additional shipping fees will apply.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

    SHIPPING POLICY 

    1. Within India:

      Shipping within India is free and GST is included in MRP.

      Your jewelry order will ship from our fulfillment center and you will receive a personalized confirmation email once the order is received.

      In the event an item is sold out, you will be notified by one of our account executives.

      Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days.

      Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

      All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

    2. International Shipping:  

      Shipping is free for orders over $350

      If your order amount is less than $350, a flat fee of $30 will apply at the checkout.

      Most in-stock items will arrive 5-15 business days after receipt of your order.

      Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

      All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Noon To Nine is not associated with these fees.

      All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

    3. Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package.

    We are happy to assist our customers with such shipping arrangements prior to purchase. Please email hellonoontonine@gmail.com with any inquiries.

    Once the order has been scanned and delivered by the courier it will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping company.

Damage and Repair

    In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email hellonoontonine@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

    We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
